Justin is the most recent addition to our team and brings to us an extensive background in customer service and quality assurance. He completed schooling at the Gemini School of Visual Arts where he received a degree in Graphic Design. Upon graduation, Justin worked as the Certified Dietary Manager at Brookdale Lakeway for 3 years where he would receive another certification from The University of Florida in Certified Dietary Management/Certified Food Protection Professional. Feeling a need for change and having a desire to explore different industries, Justin left Brookdale for Apple. During his experience there, Justin went through fast-paced changes and extensive training in the Operating Procedure that Apple has developed. Utilizing all of this life experience, Justin comes to us refreshed and geared up to ensure our patients’ journey is properly managed from the beginning to the end of treatment.
Bek comes to our team and brings with her an expertise in customer service, a systematically driven mind, and patient driven focus concentrating on empathy. Having worked for Apple for several years, Bek’s experience in empathy comes from team building exercises and thousands of customer interactions. She has proven herself capable of managing multiple patients, while also maintaining compliance with all necessary paperwork and CE’s. Bek’s role with our company is Patient Liaison and is our first line in establishing relationships with patient’s to get them onto living healthier, more well-rested lives.
